2016 was my first year participating in Dog Days of Podcasting, and also my first year walking in the Ralston Fourth of July Parade. For my first four years of DDoP, it was a tradition for me to talk about my Fourth of July parade experience on one of my DDoP episodes every year. They didn’t hold the parade in 2020, and I walked in the parade in 2021, but never got around to talking about it on-pod. I did not walk in the parade in 2022 because it was on a Monday (right in the middle of my work week), but we had another event on the Saturday before, which I will tell you about in this episode.
